200 grams of Katdare Instant Idli Mix yields 12 to 16 idlis.

Mix together 1 cup Katdare Idli Mix, 1.5 cups cold water, 1 tablespoon cooking oil and mix well till lump-free. Rest for 20 minutes. Grease your idli tray and pour mixture in it. Steam for 15 minutes. If using pressure cooker, remove the whistle before steaming.
Enjoy with Katdare Sambhar.
