Misal Masala

Take one medium size onion finely chopped and saute it in 5 tablespoon oil till it becomes brown. Add one medium size tomato finely cut and one pack of ‘Katdare Missal Masala’ mix it well and keep frying till the mixture start leaving oil and you can see oil layer up on the top. Add 5 cups of water into this and bring it to boil. It is called as kat for the missal. Now take 150 gms of sprouted moth beans (matki), red chilli powder, salt and cook it till tender. Once the kat and usal is ready, finely chop onion and tomato. While serving, in a big soup bowl add spoonful matki usal, pour the ready missal kat over it. Add 2 tbsp chiwda, farsan, sev, 2 tbsp chopped onion, chopped tomato, lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander. Serve hot with slice bread.
