Method of use
• You can have this with milk and sugar or jaggery.
• You can also have this with buttermilk, green chillies and coriander.
• Add salt, red chilli powder and ground nut powder in Rajgira flour to make pooris. Do not add warm oil while making the dough. The pooris taste flavourful.
• Add salt, red chilli powder and ground nut powder in Rajgira flour to make Khakra or Dashmi. These last 8 to 10 days. Best option to carry while travelling.
