Method of use

• Add soaked sago, groundnut powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander and grated potato to this flour and make Thalipeeth.
• You can also make Dashmi with this flour by making a dough like that for bhakari. Enjoy it with curd and chutney.
• Dosa for fasting: Mix flour in sour buttermilk and soak for 2-3 hours. Then add groundnut powder and salt in the batter and make dosas. Enjoy with potato bhaji.
