We accept returns and offer 100% refunds in the following scenarios:

тЬЕ Product delivered past its expiry date

тЬЕ Wrong product delivered (does not match the order)

тЬЕ Order cancelled before receiving confirmation email

To request a return:

Email us within 24 hours of receiving the product at feedback@katdarefoods.in

Attach a clear photo of the product showing the issue

Mention your order number in the email

Once we receive the return request, our team will verify the complaint. Upon approval, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (account payee only).

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Katdare Foods reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

тЭМ Technical or system error affecting the order
