Manchurian Pakoda Mix - 200gm

Corn starch, Refined wheat flour, Chilli powder, lodised salt, Garlic powder, Dry ginger powder, Permitted food color. (E-110 & E-122)

Ingredients for prepare - 200 grams / 2 cups cabbage, Katdare Manchurian Pakoda Mix full packet, water (as required), oil (for frying).

Method - Shred or finely chop the cabbage and squeeze out the excess water. Add "Katdare Manchurian Pakoda Mix" to the shredded cabbage and mix well, if necessary, add a little water and knead it tightly.

Make small balls of this batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry these balls on low flame till they turn golden brown. Serve the fried Manchurian with Szechuan sauce or make Manchurian gravy and serve it hot.
