Fish Curry Recipe: How to Use Our Masala?
- 500g fish (any firm white fish)
- 2 tbsp Katdare Fish Curry Masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Clean and wash the fish pieces. Apply 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt to the fish and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces till golden brown. Keep aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and fry till translucent. Add ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Katdare Fish Curry Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
