Mutton Masala Recipe: How to Use Our Mutton Masala Powder?


Mutton Curry Recipe with Katdare Mutton Masala Powder:




  • 1kg Mutton, cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 medium sized onions, chopped
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Katdare Mutton Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)




  • Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
  • Add half cup fried coconut, 1 spoon seasme seeds, 1 Spoon Poppy seeds, 
  • Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and Katdare Mutton Masala Powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the mutton pieces, salt, and enough water to cover the mutton.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the mutton is fully cooked and tender.
  • Once the mutton is cooked, adjust the seasoning as per taste.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
