Egg Curry Recipe: How to Use Our Egg Curry Masala?

 A recipe for egg curry using Katdare Egg Curry Masala:

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2-3 green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp Katdare Egg Curry Masala
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp oil
• Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, peel the eggs and keep them aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry until onions turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to the pan and fry for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they become soft and mushy.
5. Add Katdare Egg Curry Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add 1 cup of water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
7. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and add them to the pan. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
